Alejandro Silva

Lawyer from Universidad de Los Andes, with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law and Natural Resources from Universidad del Desarrollo, graduating as the top student of his generation. He also holds a Diploma in Real Estate Law and Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has completed specialization courses in Labor Law at the ILO’s International Training Centre (Geneva, Switzerland).

Mr. Silva has an extensive professional background, having served as a cabinet advisor to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, where he represented the country before the International Labor Organization (ILO). He has also acted as a Legal Advisor to the Municipality of Vitacura and held the position of Head of Litigation for the same municipality. Additionally, he has provided legal counsel to various public and private law corporations, specializing in his areas of expertise.

His primary focus is on litigation before the High Courts of Justice, particularly in contentious administrative, real estate, labor, and civil liability matters. Mr. Silva also serves as a Board Member for companies in the real estate sector and residences for the elderly.
