Alejandro Silva

Lawyer, graduated from Universidad de Los Andes, with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law and Natural Resources from Universidad del Desarrollo, graduating from the latter as the top student of his graduation class. He obtained a diploma in Real Estate Law and Business from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, taking Labor Law specialization courses at the ILO International Training Center (Geneva, Switzerland).

He served as Cabinet Advisor to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, representing the country before the International Labor Organization (ILO); and, as legal advisor to the Municipality of Vitacura, later becoming its head of litigation. He has also advised various public and private law corporations in matters akin to his specialty.

He has specialized mostly in litigating before the Superior Courts of Justice in Administrative Law, Real Estate, Labor, and Civil Liability Cases.

He serves as non-executive director of real estate sector companies and of residences for the elderly.
