Ramiro Méndez

Lawyer, graduated from Universidad de Chile, has 49 years of professional practice in matters of civil, commercial, labor, and tax legislation, among others, working primarily in some of the main companies in the country, having vast experience in matters of free competition, the rules of superintendencies such as for Banks, SVS, SEC, and in corporate acquisitions both in Chile and abroad.

It is worth highlighting his performance as Chief Legal Counsel at the Central Bank of Chile, as Legal and Corporate Affairs Manager at COPEC S.A., and as Legal Director of the Municipality of Vitacura.

Currently, he serves as board member in open and closed stock companies, while practicing his legal profession in business and civil matters providing professional consulting services on various administrative matters.
