Roberto Aigneren

Civil Engineer, graduated from Universidad de Chile with an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, the Senior Business Management Program of Universidad de Los Andes, and the Strategic Management and Organizational Structure Program from the University of California at Berkeley.

He was Chairman of the Concessionaires’ Committee and of the Infrastructure Commission of the Chilean Construction Chamber.

Founder and owner of the consulting firm, Systemic Del Ltda., for the development of infrastructure projects, dispute resolution, and technical engineering expertise. Member of the Technical Panel of Public Works Concessions.

In addition, judicial expert in Chile’s Courts of Appeals, in the specialties of Mining Engineering and Civil Engineering in structures, civil works, construction, appraisals, and business management, among others.

Specialist and advisor toward the resolution of mining disputes and in engineering and construction projects for various construction, mining, and hydroelectric and thermoelectric power companies.

More than 20 years of experience in regulated sectors, as General Manager of Concessionaire Companies of Chile’s Ministry of Public Works (OOPP) (Infraestructura dos Mil S.A., a subsidiary of Endesa Chile) and of hydraulic power generation companies (Hidroeléctrica La Higuera and La Confluencia) as well as coal thermoelectric power plants.

Specialized consultant, for 5 years, of the Korean company, POSCO E&C, in the construction of coal thermoelectric power plants.
